What Waterfront Karachi is
Waterfront Karachi is a guide to Karachi’s coast and the homes being built along it. It covers the beaches from Sea View to Hawke’s Bay, Do Darya, Manora and Port Grand, and the waterfront communities in DHA Phase 8: HMR Waterfront, Emaar Oceanfront and the projects around them.

Who runs it
Waterfront Karachi is run by Salwa Real Estate, a property advisory with teams in Dubai and Karachi and part of the Salwa family. Syed Muhammad Ovais, Director of Salwa Real Estate, leads the advisory desk you can reach from every page.
Salwa Real Estate advises buyers on waterfront property and earns a commission from the developer when a buyer purchases through it, so the consultation costs the buyer nothing. That is also why each property page states its sources and dates, so readers can check the figures for themselves.
Vision
A Karachi family deciding on a home by the sea, or a relative in Dubai, Riyadh or London weighing a purchase back home, should be able to find out what is being built, what it costs and what the risks are, from one place that shows its sources.
Mission
Waterfront Karachi publishes dated, sourced guides to the Karachi coast and its property, keeps them current as prices, handover dates and access rules change, and gives readers a direct line to an adviser when they want help with a specific unit.
How this guide is made
Each guide starts with research from developers’ own material and sales teams, official bodies such as DHA Karachi and the Karachi administration, and news reports, and every fact is listed with its source at the end of the page. Where sources disagree, the page says so and gives both.
AI tools help with research and drafting. People check the facts against their sources, and for places on the coast, a visit or a call from someone in Karachi confirms prices, hours and access before a guide is submitted to search engines. Property prices and dates are signed off by the advisory desk.
What we cover and what we leave out
Waterfront Karachi covers places on the coast and the property built on it. It does not publish promises of returns or price growth, and it does not publish developers’ internal plans or the commission terms between developers and agents.
