DHA Karachi built Creek Vistas as the first residential phase of its Creek City project in DHA Phase 8. The figures below come from DHA’s own project page, with sizes and prices from Zameen listings read on 31 October 2026.

Is Creek Vistas completed?

Yes, DHA Karachi lists Creek Vistas among its completed Phase 8 projects, and 81 Creek Vistas apartments were listed for rent on Zameen in October 2026. Dawn reported the groundbreaking in September 2003, when DHA said six towers would take two and a half years to build. DHA’s page now lists twelve towers, and no source found gives the year each phase was finished.

Every Creek Vistas apartment on offer in October 2026 was a resale or rental listing placed by an owner or agent. Waterfront Karachi found no current DHA sale of new units, so a buyer today deals with the existing owner, and the transfer goes through DHA Karachi.

Creek Vistas apartment sizes and types

Creek Vistas has three-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments, plus four penthouses in each of the 12 towers. DHA’s page says every apartment comes with a servant quarter that has its own bathroom.

DHA does not publish sizes, so the figures below come from Zameen listings in October 2026. Agents describe the same layouts in slightly different sizes, and no source gives a penthouse size.

A few four-bedroom listings in October 2026 gave 3,200 or 3,380 sq ft, so check the size on the transfer documents before comparing prices per sq ft.

Creek Vistas price as of October 2026

Zameen showed 38 Creek Vistas apartments for sale on 31 October 2026, and Waterfront Karachi read 31 of them, added between late August and 31 October 2026. These are listing asking prices set by sellers, and the final price agreed between buyer and seller can be lower.

Across those 31 listings, the asking price works out at about PKR 29,300 to 39,900 per sq ft. Listing titles in Creek Vistas mention the floor, renovation and whether the unit faces west or the pool, so compare like with like.

Creek Vistas rent as of October 2026

Zameen showed 81 Creek Vistas apartments for rent on 31 October 2026, and the 18 read by Waterfront Karachi were added in the three weeks before that date. These are listing asking rents per month, and at least one listing included the maintenance charge.

Creek Vistas amenities

DHA Karachi lists these facilities at Creek Vistas, where only about a quarter of the 16-acre site is built on and the rest is water features, gardens and shared space.

• A clubhouse with a swimming pool, gym, snooker room, card room, community hall and indoor games
• Two levels of indoor parking
• Two high-speed private lifts and one service lift in each tower
• A manned main gate with CCTV
• A firefighting system on every floor

Zameen’s project page adds standby generators, a fibre network, a coffee shop, a function hall, a children’s play area and a small supermarket. Ask the management office which of these are running in 2026 before you buy.

Where is Creek Vistas in DHA Phase 8?

Creek Vistas stands at the corner of Khayaban-e-Shaheen and 16th Street in DHA Phase 8, on the Karachi Creek side of the phase. DHA describes views on three sides over Karachi Creek, the Arabian Sea and the DHA Golf Club, and the open sea itself is a few kilometres south at Do Darya.

The distances below are road distances derived by Waterfront Karachi from Creek Vistas’ Google Maps pin on 31 October 2026, using OpenStreetMap routing. No publication states them, so check the route in Google Maps for evening traffic.

Creek Walk, the evening food street that shares part of the name, is about 2 km from Creek Vistas by road. Creek Park is the closest green space, and a Zameen guide in 2022 noted its views of the Creek Vistas towers.

Creek Vistas maintenance charges

Neither DHA Karachi nor any listing checked publishes the monthly maintenance charge at Creek Vistas. A Zameen guide in 2019 said the management charges a fee for generators, water supply and security, without giving the amount.

At least one October 2026 rent listing in Creek Vistas quoted its rent with maintenance included. Ask the seller for the latest maintenance bill and a no-dues letter before you agree a price, and budget separately for DHA transfer charges and taxes.

Creek Vistas compared with the seafront towers

Creek Vistas is the completed creekside option in DHA Phase 8, with keys available now through resale. The seafront communities of HMR Waterfront and Emaar Oceanfront sit about 6 km south by road on the Arabian Sea. More than 1,000 families already live at Emaar Oceanfront, while HMR Waterfront’s first handover, at H1 Tower, is due in June 2027 and The Tilt is due in December 2030.
