The Beach Terraces design
The tower steps back in terraces, so many apartments get an outdoor terrace facing the beach. HMR lists one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses, a pool deck, a gym and structured parking.
Who are Metro Group?
Metro Group develops residential projects in Clifton and the Civil Lines area of Karachi. At HMR Waterfront it builds Beach Terraces as a joint venture with HMR Group, under the construction management that Total Construction runs across the community.
