Goldcrest Bay Sands II sells on a four-year plan. HMR’s standard structure for its new towers takes 20% as a down payment, most of the balance in monthly instalments during construction, two 7.5% payments at structure completion and at the start of finishing, and 10% at handover.
What Goldcrest Bay Sands II adds
HMR Waterfront lists Goldcrest Bay Sands II as an upcoming tower with one- to three-bedroom apartments, townhouses and penthouses. It adds a business lounge and a second pool area to the amenities of the first phase, and HMR’s sales team said the new tower has a changed elevation with plunge-pool apartments.
Neither HMR nor Giga had published the tower’s floor count or handover date by October 2026.
