The AA Beachfront building
AA Beachfront has a ground floor plus 33 storeys, with apartments starting on the 7th floor above two basements and several podium parking levels. The 6th floor holds the amenities, with a pool and children’s pool, a lounge, a yoga area, a gaming room and a jogging track.
The tower has five passenger lifts, a fire-safety lift and a cargo lift. AA Builders gives the site as 1.3 acres, although HMR’s plot map lists Plot 10 at 3,589 square metres, which is closer to 0.9 acres.
Where AA Beachfront sits in HMR Waterfront
AA Beachfront is on HMR Waterfront’s beachfront belt, behind the sea-facing towers. Its sister tower, AA Waterfront, sits on the premium belt in front.
Running costs at AA Beachfront
HMR estimates maintenance across HMR Waterfront at PKR 35 to 40 per sq ft per month once the community is running, covering security, cleaning, the clubhouse and shared facilities. At that rate, monthly charges at AA Beachfront work out as follows.
