Who builds Goldcrest Bay Sands?

Giga Group builds Goldcrest Bay Sands. Giga is run by the elder brother of HMR Group’s chairman and still holds shares in HMR, and the Goldcrest name goes back to the Goldcrest Views towers the family built in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai. The architect is Arch Vision Plus.

HMR Waterfront’s page describes the towers as 33 storeys, while Giga’s brochure says 40. Ask for the specific tower’s floor count if height matters to your choice.

The first-phase towers are due in 2028 and sell through resales. New apartments from the developer are on sale in Goldcrest Bay Sands II, where a one-bedroom of 862 sq ft was listed at about PKR 3.5 to 3.6 crore in October 2026.

HMR estimates maintenance across HMR Waterfront at PKR 35 to 40 per sq ft per month once the community is running, covering security, cleaning, the clubhouse and shared facilities. At that rate, monthly charges at Goldcrest Bay Sands work out as follows.
