Saima Tower had reached its 36th floor in October 2026, according to HMR’s sales team, with the last four floors of the structure due by the end of December 2026. Finishing work follows, and the official handover date is December 2028.

For a buyer, a near-complete structure removes much of the construction risk that comes with an off-plan purchase. It also means the cheaper early payment plans are gone, so buying in Saima Tower now means agreeing a price with an existing owner.

Sea-facing apartments in Saima Tower were asking about PKR 48,000 to 50,000 per sq ft in October 2026, with trades closing at about PKR 45,000 to 46,000 per sq ft. Sellers accept less when the buyer can pay a larger share up front.
