Nikken Sekkei of Tokyo designed H&S Residence around a wave concept the developer calls Nami, the Japanese word for wave. The firm also designed The Tilt at HMR Waterfront.
The developer markets H&S Residence as a branded residential complex. Its three- and four-bedroom apartments have plunge pools, and the top floors hold duplexes and penthouses.

HMR estimates maintenance across HMR Waterfront at PKR 35 to 40 per sq ft per month once the community is running, covering security, cleaning, the clubhouse and shared facilities. At that rate, monthly charges at H&S Residence work out as follows.
