Saima Marina Residence uses a block design, with the façade broken into stacked blocks, which HMR’s sales team described as the first of its kind in Pakistan. The tower had reached its 29th floor in October 2026, with handover due in 2029.
Saima’s and HMR Waterfront’s sites list the tower at a ground floor plus 40 storeys, while HMR’s sales team gave G+41 and called it the tallest tower at HMR Waterfront. Its smaller, efficient layouts sold quickly, and HMR reported that apartments now trade at a premium.

Saima Marina Residence has one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses, all facing the open Arabian Sea to the west.

- Five passenger lifts plus fire-safety and cargo lifts, and seven parking floors
Buying in Saima Marina Residence
Few units remain from the developer as of October 2026. If a new unit is not available, the alternatives are a resale in Saima Marina Residence or a new apartment in one of the beachfront towers behind it.
